FEB 2022 SHIPPING UPDATE
All European orders (excluding NL) are now despatched from Amsterdam via Fedex, twice a week. This means your records will arrive a lot quicker (3-5 days) and also due to the way Fedex calculate shipping you can now order upto 4 records and the cost of shipping will be the same as one record. The Netherlands is sent via NL Post so works out to be cheaper (delivery time 3-5 days).
Fedex is more expensive but its the preferred shipping partner for Rush Hour who are fulfilling the orders. The shipping price also includes the picking and packing fee, so it works out to be the same as pre-pandemic, but i’ve made the call its more important you receive your records quicker than despatching them from Australia.
Orders are despatched twice a week. Shipping times within Australia are normal at 2-4 days.
REST OF WORLD
Rest Of World orders are despatched from Adelaide Via Australia Post, twice a week via international economy. A tracking number is available upon request.
Please note any orders containing pre-order items won't be shipped until all items are available, so please order these separately to avoid delays.
If you have any questions about shipping or need a specific quote please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks for your continued support, the label would not be possible without Bandcamp sales.

- Return Policy
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.
All records are fully checked before shipping and packed in specific mailers for Vinyl along with an extra cardboard stiffener. Unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges for records that are damaged in transit, if that does happen make a claim with your local post office as its the postal service who are at fault. There are no refunds for records that do not arrive (its very unusual for this to happen i should add), you need to make a claim with your local post office. I can assist by providing proof of postage, but the postal system dictates the customer must make the claim.
I also accept no liability if the post office/courier is unable to deliver your record, any additional costs will be the liability of the customer (this is especially important with European orders shipped by Fedex, who will attempt a delivery 3 times before returning the package to Rush Hour which incurs a cost).
